Excitement much?!

We may have mentioned it - only like 100 times - but we had a pretty big week last week with the media. While we love our business and are very proud of our little industry, I guess it comes as a bit of a surprise (but maybe it shouldn't) that others are so interested in us and our clients.

Anyway, when we were asked to be a part of the 7pm Project, Alex actually had to get me to sit down before telling me... and I am glad she did! We are both fans of the show, so to be asked to be a part of it and to be talking about something we are so passionate about, well, it was super exciting!

And being the totally uncool and obvious girls we are, I couldn't help but take a few shots of as Alex was prepared for her big moment! (Please forgive the quality - all taken with my iPhone)

In the cab on the way to the studios

We arrived early so enjoyed a champagne in the bar downstairs

Cheers!

This is a copy of the script that we were given... see I told you - easily impressed!

Here we both are, waiting to be escorted to the 'green room'

Alex in the magic chair! We have both put in requests for these girls to follow us around all day, every day... unfortunately they didn't agree!

And finally in the studio, in front of the green screen.

If you missed the show, you can watch it by clicking through to here. For some reason it doesn't seem to work for those outside of Australia - but trust me, Alex nailed it!

Oh - and I have to just quickly add in a thank you to our families. The past week has been pretty crazy over here at HQ (ok, my dining room/Alex's kitchen), with a number of big events on the go, school holidays, as well as all that unfolded last week.

We know we couldn't have done it all without the support of our parent's, sibling's, kid's and husband's. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts; we know you are proud of us, but we can't do this without you!
