A few weeks ago on a beautiful sunny Sunday afternoon, The Inspired Occasion had the pleasure of event managing a Kitchen Tea Party with an Alice in Wonderland Twist. The long table was set with teacups and saucers, beautiful cake stands, Alice in Wonderland themed props and quotes from the movie along with handmade chair covers and cushions crafted by Susan herself.
A carefully selected afternoon tea menu baked by The Inspired Occasion consisted of cupcakes, cake pops, macarons, sugar biscuits, scones with cream and jam, gourmet chicken and salmon cream cheese ribbon sandwiches as well as quiche and savoury pastries.
The Inspired Occasion also provided a small themed drinks station with drink dispenser, champagne glasses, milk bottles and straws.
All logistics including table and bench seating, linens, table wear, glass wear and edibles provided by The Inspired Occasion.
We were also thrilled to be featured on
Beth Jennings Photography Blog, who has published a beautiful photo story on the function.
